This last one was to replace all of our 1978 windows with modern one, re-do our backsplash after a previous company did a poor job with it, and he even added a beautiful quartz windowsill, using leftover kitchen counter top quartz for the windowsill of the window above the kitchen sink. On top of that he fixed up some little things at no additional cost like some loose steps and scratches in the wood floor that weren't even in scope. I called them they explained to me that they were extremely busy at that time but they would definitely get it on the list to send somebody out to repair the roof.
